Summer Backyard BBQs

Summer is way too short in Canada, why not have Chef Clay at your next outdoor party? I may seem like I'm a chef that only makes fancy food but truth be told its the good old classics that really excite me. A burger made with grass fed beef and caramelized onions, a local Italian sausage on a kaiser roll, a slightly charred chicken wing, a rack of ribs or even a good old fashioned hot dog are some of my favorites on the BBQ.
